      One For ALL
      All For One

2023 North America House Church Conference for Shepherds

God, the Creator, loves the world so much (John 3:16) and has a desire (1 Timothy 2:4) to save all people in the world. God’s heart has always been towards “one soul” (Luke 15:4) in the world.

To save the world, God established the Church body in the world, and allowed the saints, who are the members of the Church, to live as God’s people in the world.

God sent us into the world to save it (John 17:18), to work through our community, and to achieve greater things through our unity (John 17:22).
To fulfill the mission of saving souls as desired by God, we must be united with our fellow members in house church ministry and with all members in the church. Furthermore, through the unity of churches with one another, a Universal Church is established in the world, and as more people are saved on this earth, the Kingdom of God expands and brings great glory to God.

As the lay ministers attending this year’s Shepherd’s Conference gather, they will once again deeply engrave in their hearts the love of Jesus Christ (One for All), who laid down His life on the cross to save all people in this world.

To fulfill God’s mission (One Mission), which transcends the walls of each church’s denomination and reaches into different cultures and languages, all Christians are expected to become one community (One Body) (All for One). With this hope in mind, the theme for the 2023 Shepherd’s Conference has been chosen as follows:

One for All and All for One

“For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.” (2 Corinthians 5:14-15)
“There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” (Ephesians 4:4-6)
